CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I understand that things can come up. Please review Lins Esthetics policy below: • If you need to cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, a 50% service fee will apply. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. • I offer a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the full service amount may be charged. • I kindly allow one (1) reschedule per appointment using the same deposit. Any additional reschedules will require a new deposit. • Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your service. Thank you so much for your understanding and for respecting my time.
